Return Informations
Please note we always check the quality of our products before posting it.
However if you discover any damage please contact us.
If you are unhappy with our product, we can refund the full price of the item.
You need to return the item to us in a sellable undamaged condition, with all labels, tags and seals. Within 28 day.
When returning an item the customer will pay the returning shipping charges.
Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for returns and refund.
Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item, if the item is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault.
In that case if we do not receive your returned items, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office, as proof of postage.
We reserve the right to decline a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
We do not do exchange.
If you are not happy with the size, please return it, we refund it, and place another order for the right size.
Please ensure that all lingerie and swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear, in the interest of hygiene.
Please do not remove any labels, tags, or seals (if applicable).
If the seal or tags has been removed or the item damaged by you, we can reasonably decline your refund.
